FAQ
What is ETFap?
ETFap stands for ETF Advantage Play. It is a free set of calculators and worked examples for people who trade options and ETFs: SPX, SPY, QQQ and spot crypto ETFs. An advantage play means playing with an edge, using rules and real numbers instead of guesses.
Is ETFap free? Do I need an account?
Yes, it is free, and no, there is no sign-up. The tools run in your browser, and anything you save (like Buy the Dip fills or your covered call ledger) stays on your device.
Where does the data come from?
Crypto ETF holdings come straight from each issuer’s website, and every figure shows its as-of date (latest: Nov 3, 2026). Live coin prices come from Coinbase, stock quotes from Yahoo Finance. The sources page lists every link.
Is this financial advice?
No. ETFap is education: it shows the math so you can check it. Always confirm numbers with the fund issuer and decide for yourself.
